- TAG Analysis v2.51 -
──────────────
Introduction
──────────────
I was bored of the same old TAG graph's and old TAG utilities to make the
graphs for the bulletins section, so I decided to write my own. This file
is not yet complete, but for the tiny size of the executable file, it does
a lot. I am proud to have written this program in under a few weeks of time
and I hope you use it in the best of health, I hope your users enjoy it as
well as mine do.
───────────────
Compatibility
───────────────
TAG Analysis version 2.51 has been modified to read the data files
from T.A.G. BBS Version 2.6.
────────────
Setting up
────────────
Simply place TAGANALI.EXE in your MAIN BBS directory (mine is C:\BBS) and
insert a command in your Main Menu or in your External Chain File Menu with
the same information as the below entry which came from my menu list:
Menu name : External Chain File Menu #5
Command number : 1
1. Long desc. : (*) Tag Analysis!
2. Short desc. : (*) Tag Analysis!
3. Key : *
4. General SL : 10
5. AR flag : @
6. Program key : <
7. Program data : "TAGANALI"
F. Flags : SL access check, GSL and AR, Normal Command
Command Edit: (1-7,F,[,],B,J,Q,T,?):
That's all you have to do, and its all setup, piece of cake.

That's about all I have to say about this program, it speaks for itself! If
you set it up, just take a look at the array of colors, it is truly a nice
thing to look at.
───────────
Disclamer
───────────
I hereby release myself from any circumstantial, incidential, mental,
physicial, or any other kind of damage this program does. I have debugged it
about 100 times to make sure it will not stall your bbs (or mine!) for any
reason whatsoever, but I cannot assure it will do the same on your system.
Like I said before, I am doing this out of my love for TAG and because I
enjoy programming.
─────────────
Suggestions
─────────────
If you have any ideas or suggestions about the future releases of
Tag Analysis, simply leave a message on FidoNet's TAG Echo to me and I will
make a note of whatever you have to say, I hope to continue this project as
long as the TAG Team continues TAG.
By the way, this is dedicated to the TAG Team, for all their hard work
in providing me (along with 100's of others) with a great, flexible, and
practical piece of BBS software. Thanks guys!
──────────────────
History & Future
──────────────────
In the last public release of TAG Analysis, the program printed
horizontal graphs. I've moved to vertical graphs which looked a little bit
nicer. Also, instead of analysing the last 10 days it only does the last five
so it doesn't look to crowded and is easily read.
Top 10 lists have been added since Sysops all around were interested in
seeing some cool Top 10 lists. Enjoy!
